FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What are the order deadlines?
A: Deadlines are on a quarterly basis and as follows - March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. There is a minimum order of 10 bricks that must be placed, so we will let you know if your order will be delayed if we are unable to meet that threshold.
Q: Where are the bricks placed?
A: You may opt to place your brick in the Rose Garden (located in the semi-circle) or near Loomis Field upon completion of the field.
Q: Where are plaques installed?
A: Plaques are installed in the auditorium. We will provide you with the seat location upon completion of installation.
Q: I'd like to give a brick or plaque as a gift, what do I do?
A: A gift is a great idea! To gift a brick or plaque, please complete the form, submit your payment, and indicate your purchase is a gift. We will send you a gift certificate via email which you may then give to your recipient, who can then personalize and order their item. Please note, if you are planning on gifting a brick or plaque for the holidays, your gift order must be placed by December 16, 2022.
Q: I'm an Andrews alumna. Can I add the torch and rose logo?
A: Absolutely! When ordering, purchasers can select to add, for an additional fee, either the Rose and Torch logo or the AOA shield.
Q: I'd like to purchase a brick and then gift a second, identical brick, how can I do that?
A: When you order your brick, you select "replica" brick and we will order two bricks, one which will be installed and one which will be provided to you.
Q: How long will it take for the bricks or plaques to come in?
A: Brick orders typically take approximately 8-10 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer's volume. Installation is completed 1-2 weeks after receipt and inspection of the items. Plaques typically arrive 2-4 weeks after we place the order and are installed 1-2 weeks after that.
